The small Vertical Axis Wind Turbines (VAWT) turbines are easy to install and can handle various weather conditions. There are many opportunities for the world to utilize turbines: oil rigs, ships, islands, remote facilities, tall bridges and tunnels, communication towers, and off-shore (Hyrdro). The electric car may also benefit from Sauer’s innovation in the near future. The sky is the limit when it comes to renewable energy.

VERTICAL AXIS WIND TURBINE (VAWT) Wind Charger

The Wind Charger will work in any direction the wind is blowing and at any speed with a quiet rotation. This turbine maximizes the power generated by the blades as they are moved by the wind and the equal blade produces less drag. Sauer Energy considers drag to be more powerful than lift when producing kinetic energy. More mass equals kinetic energy. The Wind Charger takes less than four hours to install and requires no maintenance once installed by a professional. The cost is approximately $8,000, not including options or permits, if needed. A 10 year warranty is also offered by Sauer on the Wind Charger, which says a lot about Sauer and their beliefs in producing quality products.
